Deletion of account

Your account is made up of the LockOnMe target(s) you have created, which are defined by a Target ID, a password, and a Tracking Code.

In order to delete a target, you can use either the web interface or the mobile apps:

• Web Tracking Console (at lockon.me): after connecting to your target from the Tracking tab, click on the settings icon which opens up the target configuration dialog that features a Delete Target button.

• Mobile apps: after you connect to your target from the Connected Target screen, the config symbol gets enabled and gives you access to the target configuration dialog that features a Delete Target button.

Once a target is deleted, its associated data, namely its Points Of Interest and live location, if recorded, will also be deleted.

The deletion process is immediate, as records are instantaneously deleted from the database. The operation is irreversible, so once your data is deleted, it is no longer accessible nor retrievable.

Deletion of associated data

The data associated with your account is represented by the data associated with the target(s) you have created, namely the associated Points Of Interest and live location.

To delete Points Of Interest, connect to your target from the platform of your choice – Web Tracking Console or mobile apps – and choose which Point(s) Of Interest to remove by clicking the corresponding button.

To clear the live location associated with your target:

• Web Tracking Console (at lockon.me): after connecting to your target from the Tracking tab, click on the settings icon which opens up the target configuration dialog that features a Clear Location button.

• Mobile apps: after you connect to your target from the Connected Target screen, the config symbol gets enabled and gives you access to the target configuration dialog that features a Clear Location button.
